Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Tour Agency Manager to join our client’s growing team in Cambodia. This is an exciting opportunity for both foreign and local talent with a passion for travel, experience in a related field and excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the tour agency business in Cambodia.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including booking tours, coordinating transportation, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Establish and maintain relationships with hotels, transportation companies, and other partners to ensure the best possible experience for clients.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting and reporting on financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the tourism industry, preferably in Cambodia.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local tourism attractions and services.
- Proficiency in English and Khmer; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
