We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our client’s growing team in Cambodia. Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hospitality industry within Cambodia and potentially in international markets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, demands, and competition strategies to position our brand effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining the company’s quality standards.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on progress, targets, and business development initiatives to senior management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential to cater to our diverse clientele and explore market opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality market dynamics, customer needs, and competition.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
