Sales specialists needed (Executive & Supervisor)
Salary:
- Sales Executive: $400 – $500 (USD)
- Sales Supervisor: $1,000 – $1,200 (USD)
Location: Phnom Penh
Our client, a leading provider of building technology solutions (CCTV, Security Systems, Firefighting Systems, Mechanical etc.) is seeking motivated individuals for both Sales Executives and Sales Supervisors, to drive business growth and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Sales & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, online research).
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Presentations & Proposals: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our technology solutions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work with technical and support teams to ensure client success.
- [Supervisor Only]: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Executives.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets (for both roles)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
