Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors such as construction, hospitality, and government
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction, hospitality, and government sectors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients and negotiate contracts
- Analyse market trends, identify potential growth areas, and create plans to penetrate new markets
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development) to ensure client satisfaction and provide market feedback
- Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture within the sales department
- Promote the company’s products and services as industry-leading technology solutions in Cambodia
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Cambodia, with established connections in the following sectors:
- Construction industry: High-net-worth individuals (HNWI)
- Government sectors: Hospitality industry (resorts, hotels, decision-makers)
- Strong network with key decision-makers in the aforementioned sectors, including the ability to maintain and grow relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a tech or construction-related field
- Experience working in B2B and B2G sales
- Familiarity with technology solutions (e.g., solar energy systems, smart tech) and their applications in industries like construction, hospitality, and government
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Already based in Cambodia with legal work status
