Job Description

A leading tech solutions provider in Phnom Penh is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. This is the perfect opportunity for a results-driven individual to lead a dynamic team in Cambodia’s growing tech industry.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors such as construction, hospitality, and government

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction, hospitality, and government sectors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients and negotiate contracts

Market Development:

  • Analyse market trends, identify potential growth areas, and create plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development) to ensure client satisfaction and provide market feedback
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management

Leadership:

  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture within the sales department

Brand Advocacy:

  • Promote the company’s products and services as industry-leading technology solutions in Cambodia

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Khmer, English and preferably Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Cambodia, with established connections in the following sectors:
    • Construction industry: High-net-worth individuals (HNWI)
    • Government sectors: Hospitality industry (resorts, hotels, decision-makers)
  • Strong network with key decision-makers in the aforementioned sectors, including the ability to maintain and grow relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a tech or construction-related field
  • Experience working in B2B and B2G sales
  • Familiarity with technology solutions (e.g., solar energy systems, smart tech) and their applications in industries like construction, hospitality, and government
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Already based in Cambodia with legal work status
