A renowned tech solutions provider in Phnom Penh is expanding its team and searching for a skilled Sales Executive to drive it’s sales initiatives across Cambodia.
Job Description
Client Engagement:
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and deliver presentations about the company’s products and services
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
Sales Targets:
- Achieve individual sales targets as assigned by the Sales Officer
- Maintain an updated pipeline of potential leads and deals
Proposal Support:
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Respond to client enquiries and provide timely support
Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
Reporting:
- Update the CRM system regularly with sales activities and client interactions
- Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to improve products and services
Qualifications
- Fluency in Khmer and English (spoken and written)
- Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the tech or renewable energy sector
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and close deals
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with technology solutions (e.g., solar energy, smart systems)
- Ability to learn and explain technical products to clients
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
