Cambodia: Marketing Manager (Hospitality)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager from the hospitality sector to join our client’s growing team in Cambodia. This role is crucial for driving their marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and contributing to our overall business growth. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both English and Mandarin, enabling us to effectively reach and engage with our diverse clientele and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies across all channels, including digital, print, and social media, to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to create and execute promotional activities and events that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all marketing activities are delivered within the allocated budget.
  • Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, online content, and press releases, ensuring they are of high quality and align with brand standards.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s digital presence, including website, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and other key stakeholders to maximize marketing opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaign management and business growth.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
