Job Description
- Execute day-to-day marketing activities, including content creation, campaign support, and social media management
- Assist in the development of advertising materials, event planning, and campaign logistics
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
- Support the execution of ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and engagement
- Track and report on campaign performance, analysing data to inform adjustments to strategies
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Khmer
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related positions, including internships
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
- Proficient in social media management and digital marketing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
