Our client, a leader real estate development, is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee their branding initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have have experience working for a real estate developer, or from the real estate industry, with experience in video production, website operations, brand promotion, media operations, and of course, creative design and event organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for industry analysis in the overseas real estate sector, including market and regional research, competitor analysis, and providing regular market research reports.
Oversee external brand communication, and extract the brands core values in line with the company’s branding strategy.
Manage the marketing team and provide market-related training and guidance to team members and relevant departments.
Have experience in managing marketing for large-scale primary land development projects or integrated primary and secondary real estate projects.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree or above in Marketing, Marketing Management, or a related field; able to work independently in an English-speaking environment.
Experience in market management within large real estate groups.
Experience in managing marketing for large overseas real estate projects is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and team management skills, with a sharp market sense.
