Cambodia: Leasing Director (Finance Centre)

Purpose Statement

The Leasing Director will define and spearhead the complete leasing campaign for our landmark International Finance Centre (IFC), a project set to become Cambodia’s premier destination for finance and commerce in both Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville. The fundamental purpose of this role is to establish the IFC’s prestige and market dominance, creating a tenant ecosystem of multinational corporations, financial institutions, and professional services firms.

Role Responsibilities 

• Lead and execute leasing strategies for the IFC (International Finance Center) project, including market research, client acquisition, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Develop and maintain commercial client networks in Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville, driving growth in office and retail leasing.
• Coordinate closely with headquarters and development teams to ensure the project progresses as planned and meets established occupancy and revenue targets.
• Oversee leasing documentation, lease terms, contract negotiations, and tenant move-in operations.
• Participate in regional market trend analysis and project positioning optimization to enhance overall asset value.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Real Estate, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing or tenant management, with solid knowledge of office building and shopping mall leasing processes.
• Strong network or project experience in Phnom Penh or Sihanoukville is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and a collaborative team spirit.
