We are in search of a DOSM to head up our 5 star hospitality client’s Sales and Marketing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging an international audience, however a proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the resorts objectives and market demand.
- Lead and inspire the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed their targets.
- Establish strong relationships with industry partners, travel agencies, and corporate clients to drive business to the resort.
- Oversee the resorts digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the resort management team to develop packages, promotions, and events that appeal to our target markets.
- Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales and marketing goals.
- Excellent understanding of sales and marketing strategies, digital marketing, and revenue management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset to innovate and stay ahead of market trends.
