Job Description
- Develop and manage digital engagement strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction across digital platforms
- Oversee social media strategy, email marketing, and content marketing efforts
- Collaborate with the Creative Services and Multimedia Production teams to create impactful content
- Analyse data from digital campaigns, including website analytics, social media metrics, and email performance, to optimise engagement
- Experiment with innovative digital marketing techniques to increase engagement and drive traffic
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Khmer
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or engagement roles
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and content strategy
- Proven experience in developing and implementing digital campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and social media insights
- Strong communication skills in both English & Khmer and ability to convey complex concepts clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and online advertising (e.g. Google Ads, social media ads)
