Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Business Operations Director to lead and manage the full scope of the company’s commercial projects. This role involves overseeing diverse operations such as island commercial activities, resort management, maritime ventures (fishing, sea angling), and recreational facilities (go-karts), while driving profitability and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume full operational responsibility for all commercial projects under the company portfolio, including but not limited to island commerce, resorts, fishing boats, sea angling, and go-kart tracks.
- Lead and manage the Business Operations Development (BOD) department, currently comprising 44 team members.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all relevant operational areas.
- Empower, train, and develop the operations team to ensure high standards of performance and service delivery.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of all commercial projects, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Hold full accountability for the financial performance and profitability of all assigned projects.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated ability and prior experience successfully managing multinational teams.
- Proven capability in strategic planning, financial management, and controlling project profit and loss cycles.
- Track record of achieving commercial operational goals set by the company.
- Priority consideration will be given to candidates possessing experience in:
- Island operations management
- Resort management
- Management of cultural tourism towns or similar ventures

- Work Location: Based at the Investment Promotion Center in Sihanoukville.
- Work Schedule: Six days per week
- Annual Leave: 24 days of paid annual leave plus all national holidays
