We’re seeking someone who understands the evolving market and can think creatively to develop and nurture key relationships. Experience in luxury, F&B, or hospitality is highly desirable.
The candidates should have at least some Chinese proficiency. Product knowledge will be thoroughly provided .
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients/accounts.
- Schedule and conduct meetings for both wholesale and retail business development.
- Propose and implement new marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate existing accounts while actively acquiring new ones.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Attend industry meetings and events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling quotes and proposals.
Requirements:

- Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the luxury, F&B, or hospitality sectors.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Reporting to: Country Manager
- Start Date: Mid-January 2024
- Probation: 3 Months

- Base Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 USD Net per month + Commission
- Work Permit/Visa: Company provided (if applicable)
Commission Structure:
- Retail Sales: 10% share (progressive rate: 2.5% on $20K-$25K sales, 3.5% on $25K+ sales)
- Wholesale Sales: 40% of the maximum 3.5% commission (progressive rate: 2.5% on $20K-$30K, 3% on $30K-$50K, 3.5% on $50K+ sales)
- New Account Acquisition: 2.5% of the first collected transaction for each new customer/account.
